WHY WE CREATED MADE FOR MOMENTUM
Made for Momentum began with a simple realisation: learning strategy and practising strategy are not the same thing.
While completing her Executive MBA, Julia filled notebook after notebook with ideas, models and frameworks across strategy, marketing, finance, leadership and innovation. Every subject was valuable, but each was taught in isolation, while real businesses rarely work that way.
She recalls saying to her husband, Erik, “I wish there was one canvas that showed how all of this fits together.”
Julia wasn’t looking for more information. She was looking for a better way to think.
Over the following years, working alongside founders and growing businesses, that question evolved into Made For Momentum - a practical strategic thinking system that helps people move from information to insight, insight to strategy and strategy to meaningful action.
Because Erik & Julia believe practical strategic thinking shouldn’t be reserved for those with the time to complete an MBA or the budget to hire a consultancy. It should be accessible to every thoughtful maker.
